Open to expatriate and Cambodian citizen candidates. Expatriate candidates must be eligible to obtain a Cambodian visa and work permit.

Who We Are

  • A residential E-STEAM secondary school built to develop socially conscious, entrepreneurial leaders among Cambodian youth.
  • A boarding community currently in Grades 7 to 10, growing toward a full Grades 7 to 12 community of up to 400 students.

What We Need

  • At least five years of boarding or residential management experience at the secondary level.
  • A strong foundation in safeguarding and student welfare.
  • The character to lead a team and thrive in a mission-driven, international environment.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary, with housing allowance or on-campus accommodation.
  • A two to three year renewable contract.
